H. Douglas Riley

Chairman Emeritus

H. Douglas RileyDoug purchased Impressive Labels in 1990 and started SuperFast Label Service in 1991. The merger of these two companies was done to form DRG Technologies. Previously, Doug was President, CEO and co-founder of Lancer Label of Omaha, NE. Lancer was focused on short run, non-durable paper label production. Doug sold his interests in Lancer in 1989 after reaching employment of approximately 200 and order production of over 100,000 orders per year. At DRG he was responsible for the Board composition, building the management team and strategic direction of the firm. In addition, Doug was a lead in equipment selection. Today Doug and his two sons, Douglas II and Daren, own DRG. He has been involved in the printing industry for over 40 years. Prior to and after creating DRG, Doug was an investor and Board member of Nodaway Valley Company and the Packers National Bank of Omaha. Other activities involve investing in equities, real estate and alternative investments. Doug is a former member of Young Presidents Organization, a current member of World Presidents Organization, Chief Executives Organization and has been an active member on numerous boards including Bellevue University, Duncan Aviation, Hix Corporation, and American National Bank.

Doug received a BS in Honors Mathematics and Honors Economics from Macalester College in St. Paul, MN.

Daren Riley

Chairman & CEO

Daren RileyDaren has been an owner of DRG since 1993 and has held a number of roles. He is responsible for managing DRG’s Board, Company Culture, and leading Key Initiatives. Daren is also the president of Riley Resources, a single-family office, where he leads investment oversight, including public and private equities, alternatives, and DRG Technologies. Prior to DRG, Daren spent time at Schreiner Group in Munich, Germany, and SMAG Graphique in Paris, France. He is also a member of the Arizona Chapter of Young Presidents Organization (YPO) and a member of the YPO Printer’s Forum.

Daren received a BA from the Marshall School of Business at the University of Southern California and an MBA from the McCombs School of Business at The University of Texas at Austin.

Paul Forsythe

President

Paul ForsythePaul joined DRG in 2005 as Chief Financial Officer and was appointed Chief Operating Officer in August 2006. Paul is responsible for DRG’s P&L, Business Plan, and serves as DRG’s Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining DRG, Paul was a co-founder of an entrepreneurial sporting goods company, Chief Financial Officer for an aerospace manufacturer, Director of Business Development and Corporate Controller for a joint venture between two Fortune 100 companies. Paul holds seven patents.

Paul received his bachelor’s degree from Middle Tennessee State University and his Masters in International Management from Thunderbird’s Garvin School of International Management.

Tim Taylor

Executive VP / General Manager

Tim TaylorTim joined DRG in 1988 and has held a variety of positions. As Executive Vice President / General Manager, Tim is responsible for Quality, Production, and Service. Tim has worked extensively with regulatory agencies such as UL and CSA. Tim also holds the rating of a lead auditor for ISO 9000 and led the company through the original ISO certification process. Tim has held the past positions of Product Manager, Business Unit Manager, Sales Manager and Vice President of Sales. Tim has extensive experience in product development and process improvement as well as in securing and growing our largest accounts. Tim has served on the 3M Convertor Advisory Council and has been a featured speaker and panelist at numerous industry conferences and events.

Tim holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration.

Heather Cochran

Vice President Corporate Sales

Heather CochranHeather joined DRG in 1990. At DRG she has held many significant roles in the areas of marketing, customer service, quality, compliance and sales. In her current position as VP Corporate Sales, she is directly responsible for the Estimating Department, Order Entry, and the Customer Service department. In addition, she is the direct liaison for continuous compliance within the regulatory accounts, including UL, CSA, RoHS and WEEE. Over the past 10 years in this role, she has become an industry UL specialist, attending and lecturing at numerous seminars. Her expertise at integration of customer needs and requirement into systems to create process flow is critical to our success in many JIT, EDI, and MRP driven accounts. Heather is a certified Six Sigma Green Belt, has training in both SPC and Lean Manufacturing, and is a Lead Auditor for the ISO Quality systems.

Heather also holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Management.
